Stayed with my wife and...
Liked: Location was Great. Easy walk to London Bridge Underground. Included breakfast was very good. Many places to eat nearby.
Disliked: Room was a little small, but that is expected in London.

Very good
Liked: Very good location. Close to London Tower train station, easy access everywhere.
Disliked: Breakfast was OK, but not great, especially during "rush hour"

All and all we enjoyed...
Liked: We loved the location. Breakfast was good but could be left out a little longer during the week.(till 11:00) Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: While the washers and dryers are a nice convenience they were full quite often. Also, the dryers did not dry the clothes . The downstairs could have been cleaned more. We kept our eye on a ledge that was dusty and never cleaned the entire time we were there. Some of the staff were not knowledgeable about things hotels should be able to answer. Cabs, locations, etc..

Felt pleasant and homely. Staff...
Liked: Well overall experience was pleasant. Location is reasonably good. London Tower Bridge is just walking distance from the hotel. Although there is no inhouse restaurant the space provided for dining (used for breakfast) helps us to get food from other restaurants and dine with our family like what we do at home. Rooms are reasonably good, but not too spacious.
Disliked: Tried to recollect anything that I found not acceptable. But I do not find much to talk against the property. Inhouse dining could have helped. Since the hotel is a bit inside and off the main road, vehicles cannot enter and come in front of the lobby. So, carrying one's baggage from the road to the lobby, especially with a big family with us, proved to be a bit of challenge.

Worst possible ever - Stay...
Liked: Transferred me to another hotel on day of trip without notice or options. The hotel I was transferred to had a room with no air conditioning ( property was Marriott London Bridge). Made me wait for an hour because I was early check in ( was expecting some flexibility since they didn’t exactly hold up their end of the bargain) It was very evident they were testing me out to see if I would take it. They finally moved me to a room which was what was expected in the first place but behaved as if they were doing me a favor. Looks like a scam that they run regularly. I have been in properties worldwide from multiple hotel chains. By far my worst experience ever

Great location. Would stay again...
Liked: Great location in Bermondsey.Had a family room with a separate sleeping area & kitchenette.Nice restaurant area & really convenient to local restaurants in a lovely area.Lovely pastries for breakfast.Staff helpful.Hotel set back from the street ,so no cars passing by.
Disliked: Not much room around the main bed in any direction - a bit cosy.Breakfast was very busy on one of two mornings so queuing for a table and had to ask for cutlery, plates etc as rather hectic. Breakfast area layout for cooked breakfast rather awkward as area a bit compact.Bathroom small.

The hotel is up there...
Liked: The unit was very well equipped in the kitchen area if you had wanted to cook. Bathroom small but nice. It was good to have a comfortable couch to relax on as well. We liked the room and the separated bedroom. Location was a good walk to the tube but locally there were plenty of restaurants and a small Waitrose not too far away. Generally the location felt nice and safe. Breakfast was nice and there was an indication of busy times published so you could avoid queues in the breakfast room. Staff at breakfast were lovely. I would definitely stay here again.
Disliked: The Heat pump/ air conditioning unit was very noisy and it would be too noisy to use at night and even in the daytime. really. It was annoying. Not sure if this was just in our room and luckily we didn't have to use it The hotel gave us a small heater just in case we were cold.
