Great weekend, staff friendly and...

Liked: The breakfast was excellent plenty for everyone, quality food, and juice. Location loved it 5-6 min walk from Lo don Bride tube, lots of bars and restaurants on doorstep hotel was in quiet location no view but weren’t bothered, room excellent separate bedroom with kitchenette great all you need for a few days stay.
Disliked: Maybe air con because was really hot outside and full sun in room but apart from that was happy with hotel would stay again

Liked: Staff is overall very friendly and willing to help. We had a few requests during our stay and all of them were promptly answered. The room is spacious enough for a family of three and is overall quite comfortable. The kitchen facilities are very handy if you want to have meals in the room. The hotel also allows guests to take their breakfast into the room, which is helpful if you are a bit late for breakfast downstairs. Location is fantastic! The Bermondsey area is super pleasant and very close to the Tower Bridge, Hays Galeria, and Borough Market. There are a couple of buses just around the corner that take you into central London (even Greenwich) easily. The London Bridge underground station is a 10-minute walk from the hotel. There's also a supermarket a stone's throw away if you want to buy food to heat up and eat in the room to save on eating expenses.We spent 8 nights, and It's the second time we stay at this hotel in a 6-year interval. We're definitely staying there again when we return to London.
Disliked: Although sound insulation is good between rooms, noise from the hallway in the mornings can be annoying. In the future , we'll likely request a room far from the lifts and stairs.The sofa bed that makes a second bed in the room can be a little uncomfortable, especially for long stays. We'd suggest covering the base cushions of the sofa with an additional thin mattress for additional comfort. That said, our stay was great and we congratulate the staff for the service.

Liked: Staff are extremely helpful. Breakfast is excellent. Good neighborhood
Disliked: Equipments are hard to operate especially the heater is not working right all the time. The airflow is so cold and filter may be not changed so ended up with severe allergy attack for the rest of my trip.

Liked: The breakfast was wonderful! a really full buffet breakfast and the hotel was kind enough to allow us to carry a brown bag if need be. The supply of fruits and pastry at the reception was great. The rooms were spacious as well. The location of the hotel is just 10 mins walk to london bridge and hence commuting was easy. The hotel was also close to the Tower bridge and other tourist sites.
Disliked: The Wi-Fi needs to improve, we couldn't stream anything for long on TV. Only other thing to improve on is cleaning of rooms on time and in an efficient way.
