Very good for families

Liked: Large apartments good breakfast. Close to three underground stations
Disliked: Lounge was small

Disappointing

Liked: The neighborhood was nice. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: - First of all, air conditioning did not work in multiple rooms. - elevators did not work well. - the one bedroom is NOT a one bedroom. There is by physical separation between the rooms. They advertise doors in their pictures but there was no doors. I rented it specifically for the doors because my kid goes to sleep earlier. First day we got there after a 8 hour flight with a 5 year old kid my room was not yet ready. I asked if we could get breakfast so we didn't have to go looking for a place (since my kid was tied after a long flight) and the front desk guy had the nerve to say "sorry but you technically don't check in for another two hours". Breakfast was buffet style. They made us go walk when we were super tired, in the heat, with a child because they did not want to provide free breakfast that was buffet style anyway. Very pathetic customer service.

I am not recommending this...

Liked: Breakfast was good also the location of the hotel.
Disliked: I requested sofa bed since we were with kid when I booked the hotel. It was confirmed, but when we got the room it was not prepared. I requested 3 times and finally I had to claim at the reception personally. The other problem the room roof was peeling off which I also claimed but nothing happened.

Disliked: Very difficult to catch the elevator, both when going up or down.
