Disappointing
Liked: The room is very spacious and the breakfast is good. It's conveniently located for the Earls Court tube.
Disliked: The air conditioning in one of the rooms wasn't working on the first day. The staff only offered fans to fix the problem, stating that there was no maintenance and they couldn't change the room. Fortunately, we were able to speak with a manager afterward, who promptly and politely resolved the issue. At checkout, the receptionists asked about the rating, and when it wasn't what the staff expected, they got angry instead of apologizing, creating an awkward situation. Finally, the rooms need a bit more cleaning.

Liked: Comfortabke bed. Staff helpful and polite
Disliked: Room small. Balcony very dirty. Breakfast average.bedding clean although there were Stains on matress

Disliked: I have been double charged by the property - although booking already paid through booking.comSituation still unresolved after approx 2 weeks.Have attached herewith the SOA (3 pages) from my bank ING - still valid today:Amounts shown are in RON (Romanian leu) - local currency in Romania1.) The front desk staff needs...
Liked: The staff seating you for breakfast was delightful
Disliked: We had a 2 bdr suite. The A/C did not work. They gave us fans that just blew hot air on day 1. Day 2 a portable A/C that worked as well as the fans, then all outlets were used. Too 3 days for a new room.

Good value and generally nice...
Liked: The hotel location is relatively near to Earl's Court station. Next to the hotel is a big Tesco supermarket. Very convenient. The room is large and comfortable for our family of three. Breakfast is also great with a good selection. Hotel is well equipped with hob/hood and convection oven/microwave oven self preparation of food.
Disliked: The aircon in the room is somewhat inadequate. Feels stuffy at times

Disapppionting, not up to expected...
Liked: Location was good. Looked good and nice and clean.
Disliked: Lack of communication amongst staff. Air conditioner didn’t work, maintenance looked at it and asked manager to move us. Waited 2hrs, I had to follow up to find out that no other rooms available. Fans were not enough to cool room, very uncomfortable in room. Next morning , Staff member knocked slightly and walked into our room, was in the bathroom, reception couldn’t inform me why someone needed to enter our room as we were checking out in 2hrs. Lifts are almost impossible to get as they can take 5-8mins to get one, discovered why the stairs were so busy!! Disappointed all round. Eventually got 30% off staff but still not great value for money.

Hood quality, clean and comfortable
Liked: Property size and location
Disliked: Room had a smell and people in room above seemed to be having a party do banging noise on our ceiling resulted in loss of sleep

Pleasant
Liked: Location, room, breakfast.
Disliked: Even though we had prepaid the whole amount of money before our arrival, the hotel deducted the 2/3 of that amount from our bank account during our stay. Eventually it was returned to us, but after our departure.
