Disappointing
Liked: Decent sized rooms.
Disliked: Airconditioning wasn't working so they had to put in a couple of fans. Breakfast quality was poor.

Great value, location and free...
Liked: Property was clean, friendly staff with free onsite laundry and amazing breakfast with a great assortment of food and beverage selections.
Disliked: Laundry dryers took too long and clothes were not dried all the way after cycle ended

Disliked: The air conditioning was not working in my sister room and she was suffering all the time which affected our stay. The air conditioning was not working in the restaurant as well where we supposed to have our breakfast

Horrible
Liked: Extreme hot conditions. Air conditionining does not work. 1 fan per room which does not help if there are 3 guests. Staff very rude and unhelpfull. Never informed prior to arrival about the issue

Pleasant
Liked: Breakfast was fine, room was big enough
Disliked: A/C was not enough in entire building. Weather was around 25-27 degrees and we had hard time to sleep. Common areas like breakfast room was also super warm, not bearable sometimes. 2 elevators were not enough when hotel crowded, it was ok for us as we were staying 4th floor and stairs was also option.

Uncomfortable, poor value for money...

Disliked: Air con wasn’t working and rooms were stifling, the fans the hotel provided just circulated the hot air. We were told air con would be fixed three times and it wasn’t. Hotel staff acknowledged when we left that our stay had been poor, but said because we’d booked through booking.com they couldn’t offer us anything to compensate. Our room was advertised and booked as a ‘suite with one bedroom and a sofa bed’ by which we believed the bedroom would be separate and private. This was not the case, the main bed was immediately on entry to the room, and the sofa bed was in a further part of the room, but there was no dividing wall or door and therefore no privacy at all for us or our teenage son. When we checked in, the duvet on the sofa bed had clearly had a large amount of water spilled in it by housekeeping as it was soaked through to the mattress. We had to ask for a replacement duvet, which was delivered with no cover on it, and although we asked for a cover none ever arrived. Considering we’d paid over £600 for a 2 night stay, this was exceptionally bad value for money. An uncomfortable and disappointing stay, not happy customers at all.
