Liked: I liked some of the front office staff. They tried to be helpful.
Disliked: My recent experience at the Residence Inn by Marriott Kensington fell short of expectations, to say the least. Despite booking a non-refundable rate, the reality upon check-in was far from what was promised.The room I was allocated was situated uncomfortably close to the kitchen and was in a deplorable state of cleanliness. The closet space was inadequate, barely accommodating a few items. Additionally, the absence of complimentary toiletries, as advertised, was a letdown.Furthermore, the fitness facilities, purportedly modern, were subpar, with equipment reminiscent of the 80s and barely functional. The visible accumulation of dirt and dust under the furniture was unacceptable, especially for a property claiming a four-star status.After enduring two nights of discomfort, I decided to cut short my stay, despite efforts from the front desk to rectify the situation by offering a room change. Ultimately, I opted to relocate to a different property nearby, albeit at a higher cost, to salvage the remainder of my trip. The property refused to refund me despite the fact that the picture online look nothing like the actual room and the facilities.In hindsight, I strongly advise against agreeing to a non-refundable rate when considering accommodations at the Residence Inn by Marriott Kensington.

Liked: Very easy access for all the places in London city near by station and bus's. Kind and helpful staff.
Disliked: Bad sofa bead, same food for 7 days.

A fair stay at Earls...

Liked: A decent size room with comfortable sofabed . Good location within walking distance to Earls court , Gloucester road and high street Kensington. Good gym and laundry facilities. Very clean property and friendly staff
Disliked: Very basic breakfast and same dishes everyday . We stayed for 6 days but didn’t bother to have breakfast after 3 days. Both Elevators are poorly maintained and not enough to service this size hotel

I would definitely stay her...

Liked: GREAT LOCATION!! The property is in very close proximity (6-8 min walk) to Earl Court underground station so getting to all the sight seeing attractions are easily accessible. We came in from Gatwick airport and took tube into the hotel. Wasn’t much of a hassle at all.
Disliked: Main bedroom is small. But the overall room gives enough space for a “sight seeing not in the hotel all day hotel” type of trip.
