Disliked: Elevators were not working well and in insufficient for the number of guests

Liked: Friendly staff, very helpful
Disliked: The room we were given was not like the photos. The positioning of the mirrors and plugs were obstructed by a large pillar or not near a plug socket.The plug sockets were not very safe (making a noise) and there was none on one side of the bed.We made a request for extra towels and milk, the staff member who bought these to us entered our room unannounced.

Disliked: The water in the shower and sink took a while to warm up, but once it did, pressure was good.

Fair in general

Liked: The breakfast the location and the staff in breakfast area
Disliked: Mainly cleaning in room , dirty areas full of dust and not comfort sofa bed …. They sound equip and a toilet brush in bathroom to avoid cleaning toilet bowl with the shower phone ……We had arranged a birthday cake on Sunday 20/04 and was not available as promised during breakfast … we’re told to wait and till 11:30 nothing presented ..At afternoon when returned found ( a supermarket cake ……… ) at a size as attached pic . Also our friends rooms not ready on time .. they had to wait for 1 1/2 to get in room on arrival …. No cleaning culture at all in rooms …… other areas found ok … The ladies in Breakfast room very professional!

Good hotel, great breakfast.

Liked: The breakfast was very high quality and diverse. The personnel was also always happy to help and friendly.
Disliked: The room could have be cleaner. There was a lot of dust on the floors and shelves. And the bathroom faucets and shower needed some more thorough cleaning.
