Very good

Disliked: Some stuffs which were supposed be provided (like toothpaste, hair brush) are missing. Other than that everything is fine.

Decent location, functional room.

Liked: Very clean and functional.
Disliked: Surprised that I had to pay for $30 parking in London Ontario. We had two vehicles.

Liked: I have enjoyed the staff and close proximity to London Health Science hospital. Excellent staff
Disliked: The bathroom was very small. Travelling with a disabled person and bathroom was not comfortably accessible

Disliked: My pre authorization deposit has not been returned to me yet. I requested the hotel to send me a document showing that they had initiated the process to return the money but to no avail

Very good

Liked: 2 bedroom suite was spacious and clean and the kitchen and separate living area with pull out sectional couch worked out great. Walking distance for all our needs and the venue we attended at Centennial Hall.
