Liked: Nothing but the cooperative staff at front desk, I don't have much to say in good.Fair reviews
Disliked: Everything. I always prefer to stay in 4or 5star for cleanliness, comfort and facilities provided. To be fair, 4 star hotel like this ,,,omg. Guests r paying a lot and they r not even served with water bottles They have a unique concept of light n deep cleaning When tea bags n skimmed milk pods were not refilled next day,I was told that it only happens with deep cleaning etc which takes on 3 day. Im leaving tomorrow and around 11 I had to go out n find water, thy WD b serving but I don't want them to have it a habit of giving customers a water with money, Bed wasn't comfy at all n worst of all its head is next to washroom door

Liked: Superb hotel apartment for family, excellent facilities, exceptionally clean and comfortable rooms. Staffs was nice, daily cleaning by good staff. Excellent breakfast with varieties of choice. Will definitely return

Disliked: Dryers took too long ( over 2 hours) and after asking, staff , they adjusted settings for us, need more places in bathroom to hang wet towels, very comfortable room and stay Thank you

My wife was at Guys...

Liked: Great location. Excellent, helpful staff. Comprehensive breakfast.
Disliked: Room decor was a little tatty in places. We stayed two nights but the room wasn’t serviced despite me requesting it. This was disappointing and a little surprising given how much we paid.
