Perfect it’s makes my stay...

Liked: Nice room , i travel with broken ankel and all the staff was helping and nice sure i will recommend this hotel to my friends and family
Disliked: Nothing everything was good

Very good but housekeeping needs...

Liked: Room was great, Breakfast was really good with lots of variety.
Disliked: We got back to our room just after 4pm on the second day and noticed our room hadn't been cleaned. A few minutes later housekeeping Knocked on the door and said they were there to clean. We declined as now we were getting ready to go to an event. Third day we returned at around 16:30, and again our room wasn't cleaned. I walked down to reception and inquired. I was advised they could send someone. About a hour later still nobody arrived. We called the reception and asked if they could just bring our new towels, Toilet paper and empty the trash. After this second call housekeeping arrived 5 minutes later to drop the goods requested off. We were advised that housekeeping normally clean rooms until 5pm everyday.

Great, quiet hotel with great...

Liked: I liked the room, the kitchenette was a brilliant bonus with small children. Staff were all courteous and friendly.
Disliked: Struggled to use the lift sometimes with a pram and having to wait as it was quite small.
