Liked: The facility was very clean, the staff very friendly, and the accommodations exceeded my expectations. I would return to this location.

Needs a deep clean

Liked: We loved the suite layout. The kitchen was well stocked. We appreciated having two separate bedrooms plus a living area. Breakfast was fantastic! Well maintained with many options.
Disliked: It wasn't as clean as you would expect a hotel. The bathrooms needed a deep clean around the floors, tub, and under the sink. It really felt like it was cleaned daily but never received a deep clean to get all those nooks and crannies. The couch material felt gross and kind of tacky. Overall the entire place just needs a really good deep clean.

Liked: We moved rooms and the new room the put us in smelled like cat pee and like it hasn’t been cleaned in a while tub was dirty..

Room was clean.

Disliked: Kitchen not well equipped, asked for a coffee pot was told they only had the single service one with the provided pods. Next day saw a storage closet full of coffee pots and other items like rice cooker etc that were not found in my room. Skillet was Teflon and pealing would not use. Carpet in lobby had something sticky on it that was difficult to get off my shoes. Heat didn’t work very well. Thermostat difficult to operate.
