Liked: The facility was exceptionally clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained. We liked having the kitchen area. The room was very large.Our family plans to stay at this hotel again when in Lexington Kentucky..
Disliked: We would have liked waffles on the breakfast bar.

Liked: Absolutely loved this hotel. It was perfect for our stay. Very clean and comfortable. Loved these it had a kitchen as well.
Disliked: Other than it not having an exhaust fan in the bathroom, everything was great.

Liked: Loved the hot tub!!!!! The room was nice and roomy.
Disliked: The breakfast was horrible. Watery scrambled eggs, only one dried up meat option. No waffle or pancake maker. Few options. Ran out of food before breakfast was over. And almost every trashcan inside and outside was overflowing with garbage.

Liked: Everything was great the breakfast, my kids enjoy the pool alot & the jacuzzi. Everything was nice and clean and staff very nice and friendly. I that is a mom loved that they have 24/7 laundry.

Beautiful hotel, great location, poor...

Liked: Breakfast was ok, girl at the desk the morning of was rude, so was the guy at check in.
Disliked: Adult professionals should be the face of your company. Because of the people we encountered we probably would not stay there again.
