Liked: Breakfast was good.
Disliked: We stayed here as a family in a two-bedroom suite and were very disappointed with our experience. The kitchen sink was clogged and waterlogged, and the TV was broken and completely non-functional. Our room had a view of a construction site and a rental truck lot, which made the atmosphere unpleasant.To make matters worse, the TV technician showed up to fix the issue just as we were checking out—far too late to be of any use. The pathways were littered with plastic bottles, and we noticed large trash bags left in the hallways throughout the evening and night.Overall, we had a very poor experience and deeply regret choosing this place.

Fair but unwelcoming

Liked: The check in process was swift. Parking was easy.
Disliked: Pool area was small, and noisy with children under no supervision. The first room had no A/C working when we arrived, was fixed, After going out we came back to half the lights out. Then moved rooms, this room was Much, much cleaner and smelt fresh. The front desk stated that she would put 25000 points on my Marriot Bonvoy, and a free night, when I checked out I was only given free parking $20 for our inconvenience. We have just about always used Residence on our travels to the USA, but it now seems we need to look elsewhere.

Disliked: Cleanliness was not up to standard. This is clearly an older property that needs renovation.Shockingly there was a cockroach in the bathroom which I reported immediately but no action taken. At check out I provided my marriott membership number and was told that one of the manger’s would contact me - this was over a week ago and I've not had anyone reach out.

Liked: We traveled from Kansas City and were tired asked for an early check in but was denied
Disliked: No late check out! It was Sunday Father's Day! I was told the STAFF wanted to go home hurry up and get done! Mmmm WE are the customers, if you didn't have "us" customers you wouldn't have to worry about hurrying up to clean the rooms to get home

Glad we stayed there for...

Liked: Spacious, clean, very nice to have the kitchen and sitting area. fridge great. Liked the TV selection with some commercial-free movies. Breakfast a bit above average but still typical of motel chains. parking very easy and walkable to Allegiant Stadium.
Disliked: Had to air the room out upon arrival and the windows were barely operational, one I could not close completely. A/C blew way too hard and fan/cycling noise was very irksome, disturbed sleet. Dripping shower head, bathroom light would not turn off completely but blinked all night. TV volume faded in and out. Pool small.
