Excellent and comfortable stay especially...

Liked: Breakfast was good. Though variety can be increased.
Disliked: Should have on- site grocery store for vegetables etc.

Its a very clean hotel...

Liked: Everything at this hotel was very good including excellent breakfast, very clean, friendly staff, facilities etc.
Disliked: The location is somewhat off for tourists. The hotel charges $20 for car parking and for such hotels it should be free as it is not in prime location. Even Booking.com was used with free parking but the hotel charged $20, which is a disgrace. I gave them Marriott rewards number but points were not added. Their customer service asked me to send them the number again and I sent and still points are not added yet.

Checkin - Customer service

Liked: There wasn't much to like.
Disliked: My checkin was 3 and I get there only to get horrid customer service from the front desk. I was told no rooms are available to checkin. After waiting over an hour they took the time to listen to my booking and they said oh we do have a room for you. Only one person was helpful on the front desk. The rest, need attitude adjustments and customer service training

Liked: Location.
Disliked: Outrageous, undisclosed $20 parking fee for an open lot. The hotel manager said it was because of the hotel’s proximity to the stadium, but there were no events at the stadium the night we were there and they did not ask for any identifying information about our car. The rooms are dated and the sofa so hard and uncomfortable it was not usable.
