Anniversary ruined due to fire!

Liked: It was good until Saturday afternoon when the fire alarms started going off due to another "guest" cooking in their room. We made it to the hallway, which was full of smoke, and instructed by the staff to go back to our rooms. We immediately evacuated the hotel, but were told by Bianca at the front desk that they could not check us out or give us a refund because we paid for our room through a third party vendor. I asked to speak to the manager and Bianca told us "she isn't working today." We could not go back to our room due to the smoke, so we just went home.

Liked: The staff was awesome rooms were clean bed was comfy.
Disliked: We had our vehicle broken into they broke the passenger door window. They didnt take much just a mood killer on the last day of our visit

Deluxe Comfort

Liked: Beautiful hotel. You get what you pay for. I’d stay here again. The bed was so comfortable. Great staycation spot if you just want to relax.
Disliked: A little far out from strip, but worth it for cleanliness, comfort, amenities.
