Residence Inn by Marriott Las Vegas Henderson/Green Valley

Loved it, but …

Liked: We really loved the space. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The kitchen was a nice surprise. The shower had fantastic water pressure, but I was a little worried about slipping in the tub while showering. I am a total ‘priss when it comes to hotels. This place absolutely pass the test for me!
Disliked: I would’ve given the hotel a solid 10, but we had an issue with noise from directly above. There was obviously a very wired up toddler / child jumping until midnight. We gave ‘grace’ until it struck midnight and had to call down to the desk. The person on staff handled that very nicely and the noise stopped within 5 minutes… but rest assure, it started right back up at 6 AM. Remind you, this is not the fault of the child… My hospitality/marketing suggestion that would behoove any hotel, any star rating — is —make it a protocol practice to always assign families with children to the first floor. It will make a huge difference in your reviews… and be extremely kind and mindful to all the other guests.

Liked: Staff was good. Breakfast was excellent.
Disliked: Facility is older and in need of updating. Toilet ran off and on the entire stay.

Liked: 1st visit at that location was great. Our room was near the lobby 1st floor and very clean.
Disliked: 2nd visit was 1st floor towards the back of the building and the hallway stunk like rotten garbage. The room had a bad odor with a weird chemical scent...floors were dirty. The bathroom vanity had the missing shelf and door had missing towel holders. We left early and stayed at another hotel. Weirdly all trash cans were never lined in the studio rooms. Not in the kitchens or bathrooms

Liked: We booked 3 nights for 780$, when we came something was broken and there wasn’t hot water and lifts were broken too. So they moved us to the other Marriott which was very close. But the price for 3 nights there was 450$, so I don’t understand why I have to pay 750$ ???
