Worst uncomfortable and coldest stay

Liked: It was clean and furnished well.
Disliked: It was cold and very noisy. All the appliances in the kitchen made annoying noises. The heater did not work. The air wouldn't stop blowing even when I switched it off. Massive amount of cold air was coming through the door. I didn't even sleep cause it was so cold and noisy. I even turned the power off to the whole kitchen and room and the AC unit was buzzing outside room 215.

Disappointing

Disliked: Toilets were leaking and housekeeping never cleaned out room

Nice place to stay.

Liked: This is the third time I have stayed here. The first was near the beginning of COVID and adjustments were made for guests. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The rooms and common areas are clean. Plenty of parking and has been quiet at night.

Passable

Liked: There was a leak in the showerhead after I took my shower. When we got back from the theater it was too late to have someone come to fix it. It made a horrible noise. I put a towel under it and we closed the door to the bathroom. But we could still heard it.
