Exceptional

Liked: Everything and everyone

Good

Liked: Rooms and quick service when asking for additional items such as towels.
Disliked: Pool not working, we stayed at a hotel for a pool that didn't work. Unfortunately, when we were calling a few days before check-in, Noone answered the phone in order for us to ask if the pool was working.

Liked: Everything I loved about it
Disliked: We stayed outside 6hrs waiting on our room and we still didn’t get a room because computers down

Liked: They had all great staff super friendly very accommodating to us.
Disliked: They had a pool and outside picnic area that we were able to use with our kids. Our children really enjoyed the pool

Liked: Single room with two bedrooms and bathrooms and a kitchenette.
Disliked: Trash from last guest in the kitchenette not emptied. Garbage disposal in the kitchenette did not work which caused the sink to back up. Stove light in the kitchenette did not work. Dirty linens left in hallway overnight. Body wash dispenser in the shower was empty. No soap provided for the bathroom sink. No liner in one of the trash cans. Charged $10 for parking per night which I did not expect at this type of hotel.

Liked: I like my own room with bathroom more private and my friend s own room w bathroom… 2 bedrooms in one room is best…
Disliked: Housekeeping didn’t bring us clean towels and rags

Liked: The location
Disliked: Facility was under construction, dust curtains in each hallway, No extra pillows, TV remote did not work. Fire alarm went off at 4:34am and went off for 20 minutes before fire department only to be told someone MAY have pulled the alarm. The manager on duty was running around frantic and chaotic. It was a poor experience.

It was fine

Liked: the staff that prepared breakfast on the 23rd was exceptional. I didnt come in contact with many staff members, but the woman who presided over breakfast prep and service was one of the best hospitality staff members ive ever had the pleasure of working with. you should commend her with a special commendation of some kind
Disliked: our stay was unexceptional except for the previously mentioned service by the kitchen staff which was exceptional
