Residence Inn by Marriott Kansas City at the Legends

It was wonderful to park, relax, eat at a nearby restaurant, and then walk to the Sporting game and walk home when it was over. Good times!

Liked: Hot tub; bed was wonderful; the staff was very friendly and respectful.
Disliked: There was no ice or ice bucket in our room. We improvised by taking a pan to the ice machine.

Not a problem with Booking.com,...

Liked: Made my reservation thru booking.com, paid for the room thru booking.com. I have made numerous reservations with them and never a problem. This time,however, Marriott chose to charge my card I used for incidentals to charge me again for the full price of the room. When I checked out. They said the charge would “fall off” in a few days. It did not. When i called, they said they if was an error on their part and they would refund and send me a confirmation e-mail. They did not. When I called 4 hours later, same person, said she had been so busy but would send it now then hung up on me. Do not stay here!!!!

WAY OVERPRICED !!!!

Disliked: It was over priced. Check in was at 4pm they had no clean rooms so I couldn’t check in until after 6 pm. Then they charge $20 for parking. They had no clean towels in the pool area and couldn’t get the volume up on the treadmill. I will never stay here ever again because they charge way too much money!! And the breakfast is no different then at Days INN
