Residence Inn by Marriott Kansas City at the Legends

It was wonderful to park, relax, eat at a nearby restaurant, and then walk to the Sporting game and walk home when it was over. Good times!

Liked: Hot tub; bed was wonderful; the staff was very friendly and respectful.
Disliked: There was no ice or ice bucket in our room. We improvised by taking a pan to the ice machine.

Liked: The breakfast was great there! Much better than the average free breakfast! Very nice hotel.
Disliked: A larger room. Room with a balcony. Room that didn’t overlook the air conditioners.the hotel was not fully booked. If you want people to return give them the best rooms available.

Liked: Made my reservation thru booking.com, paid for the room thru booking.com. I have made numerous reservations with them and never a problem. This time,however, Marriott chose to charge my card I used for incidentals to charge me again for the full price of the room. When I checked out. They said the charge would “fall off” in a few days. It did not. When i called, they said they if was an error on their part and they would refund and send me a confirmation e-mail. They did not. When I called 4 hours later, same person, said she had been so busy but would send it now then hung up on me. Do not stay here!!!!
