Stay was decent

Liked: The property was a great stay! Everyone was extremely nice & helpful for your needs!
Disliked: Requested a crib for my one year old & got an email an hour before leaving home saying they denied my request because there was no extra cots so that was first disappointment. Room seemed clean at first glance, but bathroom had so much hair from previous tenants & the floors were dirty. My one year old feet were black underneath! They told us about the pullout bed couch in replacement for the crib, which was very uncomfortable for my husband & 4 year old. Besides all of this it was a great place to stay given location & faculty!

Liked: Good usable space for longer stays.
Disliked: No bathroom make up mirror. No shower caps. No hair dryer. No pen or paper. Room service replaced our towels but left the bed unmade. No transportation to the airport.

Liked: Top 4#1 The staff! They are fantastic. Always helpful and welcoming.#2 Location, close to Mayo and free hourly shuttle to Mayo.#3 Free breakfast. Yummy#4 All rooms have a kitchenette and breakfast table, work space and couch. Feels more like home
