Residence Inn by Marriott Jackson

I recommend staying at this hotel. The staff was very helpful and access to I-40, the Carl Perkins Civic Center and restaurants was perfect!

Disliked: The room needs updating tiles loose,carpet coming up taped down by clear tape and return vent very dirty

Disliked: I did not like my room . The couch in the room was broken.The beds boxspring was broken also. There also was a issue with the lights not working in the room . This room is not like any Residence Inn I have ever stayed in . The condition of my room was terrible

Liked: I COULD NOT TELL YOU, I MADE RESERVATION 2 TO 3 DAYS BEFORE OUR ARRIVAL, WE DROVE 700 MILES STRAIGHT THRU FROM TEXAS IN ROUTE TO WASHINGTON DC , WERE VERY TIRED , DiD NOT KNOW YOU CANCELLED OUR RESERVATION IN THE MEAN TIME SO WE WERE NOT VERY HAPPY WHEN WE ARRIVED, THIS WAS OUR FIRST TIME TO STAY AT RESIDENT INN, BUT WILL NOT MAKE THAT MISTAKE AGAIN

Liked: I don’t know. When we got there, they said something happened and they sent us to a Howard Johnson. They said they had tried to call, but I did not have any missed calls and messages. I had called earlier in the day to tell them when I would be there. They never mentioned anything. I think I deserve a refund.

Liked: Staff was disrespectful, room nasty and I was charged a smoking fee for room when I didn't smoke in it
Disliked: The room and the disrespectful staff
