Worst Marriott ever! Marriott should...

Disliked: I booked 3 reservations for a family wedding. ALL reservations were modified and anything I asked I was told “you booked through a third party so I can’t help you!” ALL 4 rooms(4 due to 1st room having mold and exposed electrical outlets) were filthy, broken furniture, broken appliances, found condom wrapper on the bed, employee let himself in room claiming he thought it was a storage closet (thank God my ex husband was in the room with my non verbal special needs son) and the list goes on!We were promised a refund for one room and extra points for the others.. haven’t received anything yet(I have been home for a week).I have many more pictures, review only holds 4.

Liked: To start off I booked in and the guy checking me couldn’t because “Karen” wanted to micro manage and tell me it was a deposit which would be extra fees then went on to tell me no parties and so I assume she judged my daughter to be older than what they were. Then told me I had no reservation I assume so I could leave even though it was on my phone. Nevertheless the young gentleman found my name and she said oh and we were finally checked in after all that.
Disliked: The women who wears the red shirt should not make certain comments to guest when everyone is welcome or are we?

Liked: Excellent communication when booking. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room clean and comfortable.

Liked: Elevators had many problems. One was completely disabled during our stay, and the second one broke the morning we were leaving. So we used the stairs. I have mobility issues. I had asked for my room to be close to the elevator, that didn't happen. There were a few other issues. But I do have to say that we liked the property and the amenities of the hotel.

I will NEVER stay there...

Liked: First, they did not have the hotel room that I originally booked. I had to squeeze my family into a room with one bed. The staff was rude and tried to argue that I had booked a one bed room until I logged in and showed them. I had to settle for the one bed room and make pallets bc it was 11 pm and I was tired from traveling all day. They originally had us on the second floor but on the way to take things to room I got STUCK in the elevator. Yes STUCK!! My friend had to pry the door open!!! So we complained about that and they did move us to another one bed room which was still too small. Then the manager wrote that they accommodate us and we were pleased and that is a damn lie. We settled because we were tired!
