So when I arrived at the hotel at 11:30 at night, the lady at the front desk told me she did not have the specific room I had put a reservation in for. She was very kind and apologetic for the inconvenience - she then offered me another room with an upgrade of a jacuzzi. I was at the end of that night happy with my stay.

Liked: I got a free stay.
Disliked: A woman at the front desk was very rude.

Good

Liked: The team enjoyed the outdoor area and pool in the evening hours to socialize and relax by the fire pit. Even though the pool area closed at 10 the staff said we could come inside to continue socializing so we appreciated that.
Disliked: One of the elevators was broken the entire stay (Friday through Sunday). We were there for a soccer tournament with one working elevator and there was a line waiting to go up or go down the whole time. Also the working elevator stopped in floor 4 and wouldn’t go down or up and we were all in it and we had to exit and take the stairs. We reported this to the front lobby. Although it was a holiday weekend we were very concerned there was no urgency to fix the broken one.

Disliked: The sofa was like a rock, the bed was uncomfortable, the wallpaper in the bathroom was eerie faces staring at me, the scrambled eggs at breakfast tasted like they were made out of powder, the TV was limited in options

Liked: Everything was satisfactory.
Disliked: I arrived earlier than the check-in time, and they said they would let me know when the room was ready, but while I was waiting, they changed to another staff member. While I was waiting, I went ahead and asked if I could check in first, and they checked me in then.
