Liked: The customer service was bad, I feel discriminated
Disliked: The first receptionist that was checking my reservation has really bad attitude to me, I feel discriminatory.

Disappointing

Liked: The location of the hotel was good.
Disliked: Pool wasn’t working. They did not have towels. Breakfast was horrible because they ran out of food less than an hour into the start time for breakfast.

Liked: Nice room. Excellent location. Helpful staff.
Disliked: The window air conditioner was much too noisy and the central air conditioner was not working until a nice technician came and fixed it the next day.

Highly unlikely to ever stay...

Liked: Clean sheets and towels
Disliked: I was double charged by hotel employees. My room had already been paid for thru booking and she didn’t pay attention. Then they refused to refund me and made me get booking to refund me. This ruined my trip because it tied up my money. The assistant manager trash talked booking the whole time like they weren’t the ones that created the problem.
