Very nice hotel. The check in service was a little slow. Great location for going to the Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion. Lots of dining near the hotel. We grabbed a burrito at Freebirds just across the street - it was excellent as well.

Liked: Very close to the venue.

Highly recommend!

Liked: Very clean, spectacular front desk employees, heated pool, breakfast, water pressure in the shower was great, hand sanitizers throughout the hotel, the basketball court, full kitchen was great. Love it all.
Disliked: Everything was awesome, nothing to dislike.

Liked: Close to everything. Separate rooms and generous shared space living/dining/kitchen room. Did not feel cramped at all. Staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

This was perfect for our...

Liked: The location was perfect - we were here for a concert and were able to walk their along the waterfront. I left some items in the closet and the staff were kind enough to call me and help me figure out how to send a UPS label so they could mail my items. They were very professional and helpful.
