Disliked: I didn't like the hassle with check in, since I had to put more money down than I was supposed to since the hotel didn't have my payment.

Liked: The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We had a problem with our original room, and we were moved to a similar room with absolutely no issues at all.The room was very spacious and very well equipped.
Disliked: The only minor issue was that the ceiling fan was very dusty and also the vented fan in the bathroom. Otherwise, everything was fine.

Great location with ample parking...

Liked: The property is in a convenient location, with spacious parking and easy access to nearby shopping centers and a variety of restaurants.
Disliked: The bed could be more comfortable, as I even tried sleeping across it to find a better position. Updating the mattress more frequently could really improve the overall sleep experience.The breakfast selection felt a bit too processed. While I understand that the price point limits options, it would be wonderful to see a few healthier, fresher choices rather than items mostly wrapped in plastic.

Stay Away-I could not leave...

Liked: There was nothing to like.
Disliked: No mention of parking fee when booking. Parking fee disguised on receipt as charitable donation. You are notified of parking fee when checking in. Both of the rooms offered smelled like old cigarettes. We had to buy lysol spray to tolerate and needed to use it throughout visit (curtains, furniture). Undesirable breakfast. Kitchen staff refused to put fruit out because she didn't want everyone to know that there was more available. The kitchen staff was serving guests out of kitchen containers. Minimal food choices. Staff in kitchen area bothering guests. No ice or water available in dining area. Dishwasher not hooked up for use. The bathroom sink did not drain properly. Dirty pool and pool area. Eyelashes left on table (see photo). No ice available for rooms. No disposable cups for bathroom. Sheets on bed caused skin irritation. Dirty bathroom floor. Bed linens left outside well into the late afternoon with no obvious signs of cleaning staff around. Waste of money. I will be contacting the corporate office about this hotel. False advertisement. Beware this hotel has long term residents. It is obvious by their interactions that the majority of the guests live here. It is a dump.

Just exceptional. We will be...

Liked: The room itself was exceptional! We all loved it so much. The breakfast was different everyday which was so nice. The staff was so helpful and kind especially the kitchen lady who was always checking in on us. She was so sweet. There were also cookies at the check in desk everyday, they were so good. Not to mention there are several shopping centers just a few minutes away. There’s also two gas stations and a Dunkin and McDonald’s right down the road. Loveedddd the kitchen I’ll attach a photo, I put together a little birthday set up for my friend in the kitchen/dining. So if you’re here for a get together the kitchen/living space is wonderful.
Disliked: If I had to find a complaint I’d have to look closer because we enjoyed our stay so much we didn’t notice anything we didn’t like about this hotel. I can’t wait to come back next year!
