Disliked: I would like to share a few notes regarding my recent stay at the residence:1.The cleaning service was very poor.2.The reception staff lacked the experience to properly handle a payment issue—which they themselves had caused.3.On a positive note, the place itself was nice and comfortable.I hope this feedback helps improve the service in the future.

Disliked: There were no towels and I had to walk to the office to get them. Also the same with linen for the pullout couch. For the price they should have offered to bring them to us.

Outstanding for the food and...

Liked: The staff is amazing Holly at the front desk and Crystal the breakfast attendant is beyond my expectations. The food is excellent yet it's the care of the crew. Please don't break up this winning team. I look forward to them when I come from New Jersey to Connecticut for 2 annual healthfairs sponsored by UCONN.
Disliked: $500 hold on money I could spend on local businesses. Hold fee should be more reasonable. Especially for repeat Guest!

Disliked: The shower was cold, my room phone didn’t work so I had to call from my cell phone. The customer service was mediocre. The kitchen utensils were worn , towels. Were stained. My toilet seat was also loose.
