This was a very disappointing...

Liked: The staff was courteous.
Disliked: The expectation of a comfortable night was not met. We had three children who were tired. We had to wait in the lobby for one hour for our rooms to be ready. The swimming pool was closed, the toilet in one of our rooms backed-up and would not flush and the bathroom in one of our rooms was not well cleaned and had hair in the sink drain.

Liked: Always like the suites.
Disliked: The kitchen supplies needed updating. There was only one dinner plate. The cutlery was sparse.

Liked: Absolutely!! Amazing room very clean and quiet.. loved the pool.. the bar was cute and convenient nice glass of wine after a long day was amazing!.. Front desk employees were professional and friendly❤️

Liked: The hotel room itself was nice. It had a very comfortable king bed and an equally comfortable pull out sofa bed. Perfect for a small family of 4. However, late night staff wasn't very helpful when trying to figure out issues, the hotel refused to take my card, there wasn't very many options for breakfast and the pool was closed for some reason, so they were sending people who wanted to swim to another hotel. The price on booking also didn't reflect the actual price once we were there. Not sure this hotel is worth almost $500 for 2 nights due to those issues we had.
Disliked: Late night staff wasn't helpful, hotel refused my card, the breakfast options were sparse, pool was closed, price on booking didn't reflect actual price.
