Disappointing

Liked: 1st day. My sheets on the bed were dirty, stained pillow. The manager did address it right away and had the sheets changed and new pillow.3rd day toilet clogged, my husband had to plunge it himself. The plunger, although in a bag, was left on top of the counter next to our food.The last night we came home from our outing to an open room, the latch had been placed in the door, and the door was wide open for anyone to walk in our room. The trash had never been removed or the dirty towels. No clean towels placed in room. Called the manager, and he sent someone up with clean towels. They gave my last night, half off. Which for all the trouble we went through was not worth it to me. I would never stay there again.

Liked: The breakfast was good, they had a variety of things to choose from. The location was great because it’s near stores
Disliked: There was nothing I didn’t like I loved everything about this place

Poor housekeeping services

Liked: Staff was friendly.
Disliked: Staff very friendly, but our bedsheets were dirty and had to ask for clean and they left the garbage from the previous guests behind. Felt dirty, for the stay.

Liked: I loved the set-up of the property, I was not expecting it to be like a little village. Staff was super nice.

Liked: Close the the graduation site. It was quiet. Breakfast was provided. The room was spacious
Disliked: The bed was really hard causing back pain. Maybe put a topper on the mattress. Also have housekeeping change the trash and bring clean towels or provide the stuff in the room if I am responsible for changing it. The toilet seat is really low for senior citizens

Liked: It was a good location very close to Hershey and the Giant Center.
Disliked: The room we stayed in smelled very strongly of cleaning chemicals when we arrived and it was lingering through till the next day. The room appeared mostly clean but the tub and tile in the bathroom was very dirty and unkept looking also looked like there was mold and the grate for the heating element also appeared to be dirty and moldy.
