Nice hotel for a visit...

Liked: Very spacious room, we loved the 2 floors apartment with 2 bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen, it was very convenient with the kids. Staff were very friendly and helpful.15 min drive to Hershey's factory.
Disliked: Breakfast was a bit crowded, we had to wait a few minutes for a table. Other than that everything was great.

Very angry

Liked: We did not stay checked out and they got free money I’m pissed.
Disliked: The tv didn’t work the tub kept draining the lamp was out so I left the same night

Needs vacuuming

Liked: We really liked the size of the room. Everyone had their own space. We stayed in the loft suite, which had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The suite was the size of a small apartment.
Disliked: The room was clean except for the carpets. They were not vacuumed, and we found fruit snacks and a peanut on the floor. I did report this to the front desk at checkout.

Liked: Clean comfortable, hot water.
Disliked: No elevators for second floor with narrow steps to get up them. No room/building number markings in the courtyard to direct you to your building. If your mobility handicapped - do not get a second floor room
