I would definitely return!

Liked: The grounds around the building looked nice
Disliked: It was very disappointing how dirty our “Penthouse” room was! Even after being switched to another Suite it was just as dirty, if not even dirtier. It was had a strong “dirty” odor & the bathroom on the 2nd floor had an overwhelming urine odor. There was hair all over the beds & bathrooms and you could see & feel that the surfaces & windows weren’t cleaned. I was beside myself. Sadly instead of spending our evening taking our 3 kids to the amusement park, we were scrambling to find another place to stay. After getting to a different hotel we finally had dinner around 10:30pm. Definitely NOT how we wanted our vacation to start!!

Was useful for our stay...

Liked: The location was right off the highway and didn't take long for us to get to food and shopping in the area. Although a lot of commercial trucking and train station was in the area.
Disliked: I think the breakfast could have been way more better. I have stayed at a lot of Residence Inn and the food choice was not that greatest for the weekend stayers. The pots and pans in the Penthouse suites were missing. I couldn't cook my own food due to the lack of utensils. Also the toilets were very low to the floor. For those allergy sufferers, this was not the most Hypo-allergenic space. Found a lot of pet hair and dander that caused problems.

Great stay

Liked: The location was great was no less than 20 minutes drive to every place we wanted to go and room was great and the kitchen was wonderful would definitely stay again
Disliked: My only complaint is there is no ice machines on property and fridge ice maker wasn't hooked up

Liked: Staff were friendly, rooms were large enough for family.
Disliked: It’s getting quite dated the rooms, not within walking to any food/convenience stores
