Great location but sooooo expensive.

Liked: Great location for a triathlon race. Friendly and helpful staff. Late checkout was great so I could get a shower after the race.
Disliked: Cost. Sooooo expensive.

Lovely location

Liked: This hotel is in an excellent location by the side of Lake Muskoka. There is a boardwalk to restaurants and cafes and a steamboat wharf. Locally there are lakeside beaches and Bracebridge which has plenty of shopping outlets. The accommodation is welcoming and the staff are friendly. Breakfast was good and there are options for dining inside and out. The room we stayed in was well stocked with kitchenette facilities. It had a balcony which although it was not a lakeside room had a good view as it was the highest floor.
Disliked: There was not a lot wrong with the accommodation other than the cost but it was the height of summer so we expected higher prices for a great location

I will never return

Disliked: The cost of a small crowded room with no view. Breakfast was less in choices than in a logically priced room in other hotels. Very disappointing. The front desk staff person was not polite.
