Liked: The breakfast was delicious and a great selection. I’m walking distance to the venue we were attending that eveing. I will definitely stay again when in Grand Rapids and will look for locations anywhere else I travel.
Disliked: That we had to pay for parking.

Liked: Friendly greeting by staff at front desk and friendly / helpful staff throughout hotel.Very spacious room with excellent selection of facilities and kitchen.The market from which to get a selection of items for room and the service to leave a list for staff to acquire specific items.The pool and balcony grill options.Good location in downtown Grand Rapids.Good car parking facilities.Comfortable bed.Powerful shower.

Liked: The location is fantastic for shows and restaurants. The staff was very helpful and nice and the on site parking was very convenient, worth the extra cost.
