Liked: Location is excellent close to work and restaurants and shops. The people are always very accommodating to my needs. Breakfast is a bonus -- fresh and available before going to work.
Disliked: When you have more than 1 bag it is very cumbersome to get to your room. I had to make 2 trips because wheeling on the rug is difficult. Eventually the rooms will need a refresh.

Liked: Breakfast was great. It was different each day and provided a very nice start to our long sight-seeing days. Location and nearby restaurants/attractions were nice.
Disliked: The sofa bed was terrible - an inflatable bed would have been much better. Consider changing the sofa bed mattress - it's VERY thin and is a coil spring version. At the very least, consider moving to a memory foam or gel mattress. The person who used that bed was terribly uncomfortable. We did notice that people who didn't appear to be staying at the hotel were taking huge advantage of the breakfast buffet. One woman came in on more than one occasion during our 5-day stay. She filled a number of empty containers (a large cardboard box full!) with food, left, and came back to repeat the process.

Liked: I like that the room had a stove top, and a dishwasher (although we didn't use it) but I love how our suite look like a studio apartment. Very comforting with space.
