Liked: Location was very convenient.
Disliked: Furnishings were outdated, stained, and uncomfortable. Needed to have a sofa in the sitting area instead of two very uncomfortable chairs. Room 106, and I expect others, are in dire need of renovation and update.

Will probably stay elsewhere next time
Liked: Breakfast was ok. I like the biscuits and gravy. The coffee was good. Bed was comfy.
Disliked: The service wasnt too great. The air conditioning didnt work. We have to move 3 different times. Well not worth the $210 that was spent.

Liked: Toilet leaked and soaked my bag. I went to front desk and Was told they would take care of me when I came to town next. I called them and the manager, McKenzie, was rude. Cut me off mid sentence multiple times and then told me they cant do anything.
Disliked: Yes. Manager, McKenzie, was rude. Terrible parking. Leaky toilet. Dirty

Needs improvement
Liked: convenient location to restaurants and stores
Disliked: The rooms desperately need updating. The sofa is worn out and uncomfortable to sit on. The curtains were ripped up. The shower curtain had tears in it. The pillows need replacing because they’re completely flat and lumpy. The toilet ran constantly and the shower dripped non-stop the entire time. The trash can in the kitchen needs to be bigger. There are no ice buckets so you have to use a plastic bag to hold up to the ice machine and get it. For some reason the fire alarms went off multiple times, and the 3rd time they tested it without warning any of the guests, so it caused confusion. The tv doesn’t work half the time and doesn’t show the correct thing that is on the guide. The phone doesn’t work in some of the rooms either. The people in the room above in town for construction, coming in and out all hours of the night, had no regard for the people below them either. Didn’t get much rest for constantly being woken up by them dropping heavy objects on the floor. You could also hear loud noises in the hall at night. Not sure if they have a gas leak or something because you constantly smell gas on the first floor. Asked for a vacuum to clean our room and never received it. I was trying to help out the only 3 reliable housekeepers that they have by cleaning our own room during our almost 2 week stay. We did get clean towels and sheets so we could change them ourselves. Doesn’t look like the tile in one of the bathrooms has been cleaned in forever. I’ve stayed at this property multiple times and this was by far the worst stay. We do appreciate the manager helping us on the last night for our troubles. We definitely expect better from Marriott and being Bonvoy members as well.
