Disliked: Went to take a shower and there was no hot water, called down to reception desk and was initially told there was nothing that could be done because maintenance wasnt on duty. After stressing the urgency of a shower we were told we could shower in another room. Hotel held deposit did not know how much room was and also had our check out days for two days after we had left property

Disliked: when we arrived the staff of 3 was behind the partition talking and did not come to check us in until we said “excuse me we would like to check in” upon entering our room it was very hot. ax was set at 71 but was 74 in the room. alerted the front desk. she said turn it down and give it some time. we turned it to 69 went to dinner it was still 74 in the room and hot. property is under construction as well. I called the front desk and they stated all engineers have left for the day!!when we checked out same scenario staff of 3 was talking behind partition we had to request assistance to check out. we will jot stay her. again.
