Disliked: Facilities were average. Sofa bed was pathetic. Never seen such set up before - it was very comfortable and a waste of money.

Liked: The front desk staff was wonderful. They were super helpful and nice. The shuttle was convenient.
Disliked: Everything else. Room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned well in a long time, furniture etc was old and worn down. I’ve never been to a residence inn that was so gross. I paid $240 to stay there and I wish I had just stayed at a cheaper hotel that was at least clean. This hotel room was one of the worse I’ve ever stayed in. I expect WAY more from Marriott. So disappointed and won’t be inclined to stay at a Marriott again. Unfortunate bc you used to have consistent quality.
