Nice people clean and comfortable

Liked: The hot tub was exceptional disappointed in the fact that the pool was down but it was a nice jester to have Holiday Inn offer to use pool Dis not want to walk or drive over , but had I had children with us that would have been what we would had done
Disliked: Our room was clear on the other side of the elevator in which I needed since I had a bad foot but it was gone

Good Gluten free family stay.

Liked: Full kitchens and a helpful staff. They had the best Gluten Free breakfast I have seen in any hotel. Udi’s muffins, and gluten free waffles on a separate waffle iron. The staff was helpful getting us rooms near each other as well.
Disliked: I wish the pool area was a little cleaner.

Liked: breakfast is excellent, rooms very clean
Disliked: upon arrival our 2 bedroom was not available, even though we had been confirmed for a long time. Had to put us into 2 1 bedroom Suites for 1st night, on upper floor and elevators were out of service for the past 4 month. Well , thats no good with somebody having COPD.
