Liked: The time set for breakfast is to early at 7am and ends early as well 9am. Breakfast menu needs to be improved.The location of the hotel is in an excellent location as it is very near to shopping malls like Dolphin, Miami Mall. Close to places to eat.
Disliked: Breakfast time to be extended and menu improved. There needs to be additional parking. Owing to periods of rain, the hotel group should consider installing/constructing a covered area for guests to either be dropped off or be collected by their vehicle without getting wet. We we arrived it was raining so had to wait to come out of vehicle.

Disliked: During hotel check-in, a copy of my tax exemption card was taken and my signature was collected. I was told that I would receive a refund within 7–10 business days. I asked about this both during check-in and check-out.We also have written communication with the hotel via Booking.com. They accepted my tax exemption on the condition that I show my card. However, weeks later, I was told that no tax refund would be given.Why was my signature taken and my card copied? Isn’t this a crime? How can I be sure that it won’t be used for another purpose?Or was the tax refund shown as processed, and the amount taken for personal use? How can I be sure of this?Moreover, neither Booking.com nor the hotel has responded to any of my messages of objection.Unless I receive a reasonable explanation and the tax refund is processed, I will file a formal written complaint with the Department of State’s Office of Foreign Missions (OFM) regarding the unauthorized copying of my card and collection of my signature.
