Beds need to be updated...

Liked: I LOVED the kitchen amenities by far the best I’ve ever experienced! Besides the one bad experience all the other front desk staff were just AMAZING! They were so kind and willing to help.
Disliked: One of the ladies at the front desk around 9pm was super rude when asking for a packnplay. I called and asked if I can have a packnplay sent to my room because I never received it at 1pm when I was supposed to (I didn’t mind asking again) her response was so rude. She literally told me “ I mean you can come get it.” I later got a call from the exact person again and she says “we’re actually going to take it up to you” in the middle of me trying to say thank you she interrupts and says “ok bye!”
