Liked: Location - close to mall, restaurants, target etc.Staff wonderful, kind. Large rooms are comfortable. Best towels ever!
Disliked: Dirty dishes in the dishwasher. Dirty dishes in the cabinets. Soap needed to be refilled in the bathroom. Need attention paid to these details.

Disliked: I called a week before the booking to add my fiancé on the room and was told then that the amenities charge would be $20 a night per room. When we went for check in and I put my card in to pay for the amenities I was then told it would be $250 per room that they updated their policy the Monday after I had called. Thankfully we had the financial ability todo so, but when I had said I called the receptionist gave nothing but attitude and said that this was always their policy but then said the policy was new as of 10/21/24. I’m not entirely sure what the policy is but that was bull shit.
