Disliked: You have to pay an additional $29 dollars just to park your car.

My daughter and I were in town for to consecutive concerts. We didn't have a car so more than once the front desk staff was very helpful in showing us the best routes for walking to our destinations. Someone greeted us every single time we entered the hotel. The breakfast area was clean and inviting. The housekeeping staff was also cheerful and did an excellent job of replenishing whatever we needed in our room. I definitely look forward to staying at this hotel again!

Liked: Was close to Union station easy for grabbing the train
Disliked: The ventilation in the room was very noisy, it felt like being on an airplane, in the room there was even a central ventilation system... and three ventilation openings.I complained, the maintenance ones arrived and they didn't change anything... and they told me that all the olds rooms where like that...then the receptionist wanted to change my room to the one next door which was the same! then she took the liberty of telling me that I'm a light sleeper.... but are we sure that in the month of January a 15-storey hotel doesn't have another room?
