Spacious, clean and quiet

Liked: Everything was fine. Room was spacious, clean and quiet.
Disliked: Arrived and 2 other families were waiting at the front desk to check in and no one was there. They said they had been waiting a while. We only waited maybe 5 minutes and the front desk lady came back and got everyone checked in.

Horrible service, extremely rude staff.

Liked: They did not take my Chime credit OR debit card to pay for the stay, so they cancelled our booking and sent us elsewhere when I told them that was our only form of payment, and that there was no disclaimer saying it wasn’t an accepted form of payment. It’s through Visa. The guy said it’s because they get too much fraud through Chime, then proceeded to berate me about what a “real bank” is.

Stay was good other than...

Liked: Loved the location. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: The house keeper who serviced the room while we were gone took my perfume

Liked: Location, value for money, large enough room for a family of 4, well maintained facility, breakfast included
Disliked: The sofa bed mattress is not very comfortable to sleep on, only includes 1 pillow and 1 sheet. If a more comfortable mattress, a 2nd pillow and bed sheet could be provided, that would be a great improvement

Disliked: Wanted to control the AC in the bedroom

Not terrible, but disappointing compared...

Liked: Linens and towels were clean and comfy.
Disliked: Doors slamming in hallways was absurdly loud and impeded ability to sleep. Breakfast did not have sufficient labels on food to navigate allergies. For example, the scrambled eggs label did not indicate if there was anything other than eggs in them (milk be a common addition). Outdoor fireplace constantly going when no one was there is a waste of petroleum.

Disappointing. Overcharged.

Liked: Property was clean and comfortable. Close to Dick’s Arena.
Disliked: When I called I was told the bedroom had three beds plus pull-out couch but only had two beds plus pull-out. Very disappointed. We were charged twice for two buckets of beer.
