Overall, very disappointing.

Liked: The front desk staff was very nice. The breakfast was quite good!
Disliked: When we got to our room, on ground level, all the windows ere open. One of the windows was missing a screen. There was dirt all over the window sill and bugs flying around. Also, the bed was not made. It looked like someone had taken a nap in it! We were moved to a 3rd story room. The room was nice and clean, but when we tried to lock the security lock, it fell apart in our hands! We had to shove a chair under the doorknob for security.

Disliked: I booked through Bookings and I paid in advance. Staff still charged me for one night in error which took a week to resolve.

Liked: The staff was so friendly and they treated me like royalty. It was my birthday and they gave me an excellent rate on the meeting room. I will definitely give them my business again.The accommodations were clean and neat

Liked: The breakfast was great, so many options! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Pool was nice. The gym was nice but we did not use it, just checked it out! Great quiet stay. Beds were comfy. Room was clean and cozy. Will definitely stay again!
