Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed...

Liked: The only thing good about this hotel was the kitchen and they served breakfast.
Disliked: Where should I start? First of all the tub was overflowing,? The toilets were backing up, I fell out of the tub the second night and the staff could care less. They kept saying the manager would talk to me never once did the manager talk to me or did they care our room temperature was between 77 and 80° the entire time we were there. They kept saying they were going to have it fixed never once was it fixed all nine days we were there, the pool was so cloudy. You couldn’t even see your hands in it. I was told I would have free parking for one vehicle got there, and there was a different story. There were so many fees added on. It was ridiculous. I would never recommend this hotel ever again or stay here. It was miserably hot and the worst nine day vacation I have ever had in my entire life. I have stayed in Daytona at almost every hotel all the way to Ormond and never stayed in a hotel this terrible. I don’t think any person at the front desk knew what they were doing and they all must’ve been in training but when someone falls, you should at least ask them if they are OK, I have serious back issues and I have contacted a lawyer. I have everything on video just like I told the front staff and they didn’t seem to care about me falling out of the tub and falling flat on my back. The pillows were trash. The beds were hard as a rock. The washers and dryers weren’t working so we had to get change because it just took our money and stopped working. There was no music by the pool. It is absolutely crazy the nine days we were therea Manager could not get back with me. The staff would just turn their heads because they were embarrassed. They gave us two box fans and just thought that was gonna be plenty. The lady that came to clean our room even said I’m sweating as soon as I walked in here we said yes we don’t have any air. She then proceeded to tell us that she didn’t want to say anything because she’d only been working there for two days and she didn’t want to be fired.

This is our 2nd time...

Liked: Spacious rooms. Food and service was good.
Disliked: Shower could have a used a little updating.

Book direct for better room

Liked: Room was comfortable
Disliked: Booked with Booking. Com 3mths in advanced but received room in very poor location, tried to negotiate a better room to no avail. Was told by staff better rooms are for customers who book direct.

Very good

Liked: Rooms very clean and well equipped. Helpful staff. Good location
Disliked: Pool wasn't very clean. The person cleaning the pool started cleaning at 10am with everybody already using the pool even kids inside.

Great stay!

Liked: Great location , nice pool, beachfront, redone rooms are great, great breakfast.

Not as expected !

Liked: The property is nice and is remodeled
Disliked: The staff was not accommodating. They couldn’t even add my Marriott’s account/link. It didn’t feel as a Marriott at all. My room was put in a towels and trash pick up only without requesting it. So they did not clean the room until the last day when we complained. The alarm went off at 5 am the first day.

Family Fun Weekend!

Liked: The staff was amazing, having the option of the pool and then the ocean was such fun for the family . The free breakfast was such a great way for the family to gather and plan the day's activities.
Disliked: It would have helped to have an earlier check in time. 2pm would be helpful.
