Liked: The beds where really Nice.
Disliked: We booket the room to 5 People, and then i expect the room to be ready for 5 People to stay there. I had to make the sofabed ready myself, and ask for towels for all 5, and i think that this shoud have been done since I did book a rom for 5 People.

Liked: The hotel property was renovated and beautiful. The pool and being so close to the beach, people are missing out if they do not book this location. In additional the breakfast variety was great!
Disliked: Our room did not get below 73, that was too warm for us. We enjoy house temperatures around 68. Front desk staff wasn’t the friendliest, there was one I wish I could remember her name. The only friendly staff was the house keepers and the breakfast and bar staff. The front desk staff told me only one parking pass per room and I was not allowed to buy an additional pass. I had family visit for a beach day, the front desk said my family wasn’t allow to park for 10 mins or they would get towed and the towing company would tow the car with her in it. There was also children involved. I thought that statement was a little extreme. Front desk mind set is “we can’t” not “this is what we can do”. I believe they need to look into the front desk management. I don’t believe the morale is very high. Looks like they hate working there. Problem with staff is always the management.

Liked: Very clean and well decorated. Breakfast was excellent. Staff very cordial and helpful. Easy parking and property access.
Disliked: I would love to see a better place to take the dogs for their necessities.
