Our stay was thoroughly enjoyable; Alexis and other hotel agents were all very helpful and friendly; the rooms were clean upon arrival; the rooms were bright.
Liked: Customer service; rooms bright.
Disliked: Not really - bathroom sink plug was broken; kitchen rangetops need to be replaced with updated ones.

Liked: It was close to everything and that was great
Disliked: The only issue we had was the hot water in the shower. It took about 20 minutes or more to get hot. We did tell the desk. She was going to have someone check it out

Very good
Disliked: I had to check out two days earlier than planned. I was told at the Reception that a full refund for the two days would be made to Booking.com. However, Booking.com has not refunded the funds to my account. And Booking.com web-site does not provide the means to seek such a refund. Therefore, I am inclined to make hotel bookings in the future directly with hotels.

Will not be back to...
Liked: We didn't have the breakfast. The facilities were very nice, I was expecting a fireplace in my room.
Disliked: We requested a early check in and the desk guy could not have been any more indifferent about my request or my being there. We did not have towels in our room, I would have expected to have them brought up to the room.
