Disliked: the pool was awful, cold and so inhospitable. not sure why they bothered putting one in.

Liked: Convenient location to visit family in the area, some staff were very nice others including the mNWas somewhat rude
Disliked: The sofa bed was broken and extremely uncomfortable. No linens for the bed in room had to wait a long time for front desk to bring some. Maintenance was poor bathroom had mold and peeling wallpaper

Disliked: No privacy curtains on the windows. Swimming pool was closed.

Slept good after coming home...

Liked: It was close distance to a wedding I attended.
Disliked: It is in need of renovation badly. Walls and floor cracked . My kids thought it was haunted. Elevators thumped so my kids refused to get back on and took stairs instead. Curtains had slashes of holes , drain in bath tub full of mildew.Breakfast was not much . Only saw choice of cold cereal or yogurt

Liked: Location was convenient but nothing else was really exceptional. Everything either didn't work or was out of order..the only thing nice was the continued stock of beverages in the lobby area.
Disliked: My room looked like it was never vacuumed. There's different types of bugs in the room and while trying to do my exercises, I noticed dusty cobwebs under the desk. It was gross & there was also an alarm noise coming from the hallway right near my room which kept me up when I needed to make a 9.5hr drive back home.

I will not stay here...

Liked: The staff were excellent they did everything to make our stay comfortable!!!!!
Disliked: Please do a thorough cleaning of this facility. It is in prime location, but when you walk in you can immediately tell it’s been run down . Ownership has to put more pride into the property. Doors are dirty ,as well the carpet , some of the ac in the rooms don’t work or were leaking onto the carpet . Mold in the bathroom , sheets weren’t clean nor the tools. I suggest either the property owners close it down and renovate.

Worst hotel stay ever.
