It was an experience.

Liked: Staff was friendly, hotel was clean. Liked that there was a Starbucks in the hotel
Disliked: Paying for parking / valet, we will try to stay somewhere with free parking on our next visit.

A couple of comfy days...

Liked: First floor accommodations with great accessibility in the room.
Disliked: Parking, while they use technology to make it easier, it’s still inconvenient and a bit of a hassle when it’s busy.

Liked: Bought a muscle milk from the convenience area and when I opened it, it was sour and bad. I had to throw the whole thing away and let them know as well. But was still charged for it.

Liked: The hotel as a whole was nice. The location was quiet and comfortable.
Disliked: I did not like that at check-in, I was told that my room had been changed or the fact that the change was portrayed as an "upgrade." I requested a room with a sofa bed but was given a room with a small, hard sofa with NO bed. The fact that I did not get the room I actually reserved was highly inconvenient and uncomfortable.
