VERY GOOD! GREAT LOCATION
Liked: Location
Disliked: Slow elevators, forgot to make our room.

Poor
Disliked: The one thing we kept hearing about from the staff was how amazing the breakfast was. Well, when it came to breakfast time, we couldn’t go down to the second floor because the elevators didn’t work. I’m assuming it was because everyone was trying to go to the second floor for breakfast. So we had to take 15 flights of stairs to get breakfast that was less than mediocre. Also, $51 a day for valet parking is absolutely ridiculous considering it took more than 10 minutes each time we needed our car.

Central, well equipped, roomy hotel with great breakfast
Liked: We stayed 2 nights here as a family booking 2 rooms. One had 2 queen beds in one room and the other a large double bed. The rooms all had a kitchen area, were large and well appointed. We arrived in Dallas on a weekend and booked here as central and good facilities and walking distance to several things and as needed a hotel so could drop our bags off as arrived early. Hotel let us have the one room early as ready to put bags in which was a great help. Breakfast was really good with mix of things including cereals, cooked breakfast, waffle maker, yogurts, toast, cakes and fresh fruit salad, Had indoor swimming pool but no time to use! The hotel is great but at the upper end of our budget as found Dallas the most expensive Texan city we visited on our stay.
Disliked: Was all good-only comment is I booked 2 rooms -one in advance and decided on additional room for my son 3 days before we went to Dallas rather than him share with us and actual cost was a good 10 more than the estimated cost on Booking.com even in the space of 3 days presumably due to the exchange rate? Stayed in that really cold snap with snow on one morning so didn't get to see all the things we wanted to see but thats not hotels fault!
