Last Minute Dallas Trip
Liked: I love the view and how clean it was.
Disliked: I have a big vehicle and the parking garage is pretty tight, but that's not really an issue. I loved the place and will stay again whenever I'm in Dallas.

Liked: The room far exceeded our expectations, especially for the price. Everything was perfect and we will be booking there again soon.
Disliked: Available free guest parking would have been nice. $28 overnight for the parking garage seemed a bit excessive.

Liked: Overall everything great, the bed, the room is wonderful, and the location in the center of city, but...
Disliked: We are traveling to work with my colleague. when I chose Marriot, I obviously had expectations about the level of comfort. I really disappointed by having for breakfast just water, green orange, and pastry from 7/11 (picture attached). I never saw any updates from booking about COVID19 changes with not having even a good coffee. I clearly saw that breakfast paid (and non-refundable) and included in the price of the room. I contacted manager and they simply ignored my email, not nice. The person in the lobby recommended to go to Starbucks around the corner, which I find totally unacceptable in the current circumstances.

Liked: The rooms are very large great kitchen fully equipped. Beds are very comfortable and the shower is amazingFront desk staff incredibly supportive and helpful. Jason in particularly solved all of our initial signing in confusion like a pro. When I say concerns I mean we ware confused about which part of the hotel we were supposed to be staying at since there are two hotels in one building. That part of this hotel I would say is likely confusing to many new arrivals The elevators key system is very modern and take a little bit to get used to but actually I think it?s a great idea the way they operate
Disliked: Two hotels with the same entrance with the lobby of one Hotel on the first floor in the lobby of the second hotel on the second floor caused me at least very confused
