Disliked: They struggled to check us in. The keys didnt work, and I had to walk back to the office 3 times and then they came and opened it but it was locked from the inside. So they got us another room. Woke early to a noisy ladder outside our window. Worst exp.

Great value and space near to DFW

Liked: Very comfortable room with lots of space. Booked to have livingroom to visit with family. Bed was so comfy. Full-sized fridge was a bonus for large water bottles to chill and have ice. Had a problem communicating to front desk for pickup, phone would not answer...so the manager kindly comped me the taxi cost and asked if I were ok with that!! You bet I was!! Aircon was icy. Shuttle kindly dropped me off at my next hotel event venue.
Disliked: Make sure you know which property you are going to if by taxi, there are at least two. Location is not in the heart of activity, an industrial park, hence the more reasonable price. Walkable to Denny's, but not conveniently so.
