I enjoyed my stay mostly...

Liked: It was located only 10 minutes away from my family. My room was a clean, handicap accessible room, which I enjoyed. The breakfast was convenient especially when we had to leave at 6:30a to make the graduation on time. The front desk staff lady was absolutely a joy. The amenities were nice - we were able to iron our dresses and dry our hair. The staff got us clean towels after our pool sessions and were very helpful with tissue boxes when I suddenly got sick with a head cold. I was able to make hot ginger tea and I loved storing my restaurant and family dinner take-home in the fridge!
Disliked: The first time we went to enjoy the pool, the staff hadn’t cleaned from an earlier pizza pool party - the water was very chlorinated but had hair and fuzzies floating in it. In my room, though it was spanking clean, I met a 2-inch water bug who showed me his flight capability on my first night. My 1st time eating breakfast, the attendant wasn’t very friendly - I avoided her; and I wished you had a short order cook along with the buffet so I could get better eggs. We went on and bought dishwashing liquid and invented a dish rack after someone cleaned our room but started the dishwasher with our 1 pod when we weren’t finished making dirty dishes. We gave you all the dish liquid. Lastly, the shampoo, conditioner, and soap dispensers would fall from their Velcro perches into the tub, and one of the spigots snapped off when it fell and was unusable afterwards.

Disliked: Reception was rude , we had called the night prior to inquire about our reservation. Upon arrival we find out our reservation was canceled.
